An Officer’s Justice

After the fall of Seringapatam and the death of Tipu Sultan, William Culpepper is sent into a Mysore unsettled by victory rather than pacified by it. The Company must secure roads, convoys and garrisons while former Mysorean soldiers, local rulers, merchants and Company officials all try to profit from the broken political order.
